Mentors

We have tried this system before but I am willing to give it another shot. Basically what is, is that {ACRit}'s get a {ACR} to be their mentor in tremulous. The way this works is that any {ACRit} can go up to any available {ACR} and ask them to be there mentor. The {ACR} can then either accept or deny the request. Each {ACR} is limited to one pupil as each {ACRit} is limited to one mentor. If any {ACRit}'s request gets accepted then the {ACRit} must wear that {ACR}'s mentoring symbol. ex. $>{ACR}. Each {ACRit} has to have a mentor (or at least be trying to get one). You may not have a mentor unless you have been in the clan for 3 days.

Each {ACR} must choose a mentoring symbol.

All mentoring pairs will be in the 2nds server's !info.

i mean that as in, would we need to include the arrows

If you don't want the arrow, you will have to convince every {ACRit} (But your pupil to be) with a : in his/her name to take it off.

ok i understand. as far as i know the only one that has that after their tag is officially my apprentice anyway.
if i see anyone with it after the acrit tag ill ask them to remove it

I'm curious about what we are supposed to be mentoring them in. Is it just general mentoring or specific mentoring?

i would say in general. never hurts to focus on a specific thing, but to make them better overall is the point.
