well you gotta be more specific, for now i can just tell you the shortcut keys.
Q - Standard Select
W - Move
E - Rotate
R - Scale
F - Front viewport
T - Top viewport
L - Left viewport
Z - Zooms in on the selected object(s)
M - Opens the material library
V - Dropdown menu for viewport selection
X - Turn on/off the Transform Gizmo (if the little symbol for moving an object along the axes disappears, press x)
Space - Locks your file (if you find yourself unable to edit anything in your file, press space)
F10 - Rendering menu
1 - Vertex Mode in Editable Poly
2 - Line Mode in Editable Poly
4 - Face mode in Editable Poly
Alt+W - Only one viewport will be shown on the screen (I like to work this way, using the hotkeys to switch between viewports)
Alt+Mousewheel - Rotate the viewport camera
Alt+X - Turns on X-Ray (makes your object see-through)
Ctrl+C - Creates a camera that is fitted to the current angle (most useful in perspective mode)
Shift+Leftclick (drag) - Clones the object selected and transforms it depending on what tool you have selected (e.g. if you have move on it will clone and move the clone, if you have rotate on it will clone and rotate the clone)
And that's all I can think of right now. If you have any questions feel free to PM or post or w/e.
Also, I suggest you never work on the Orthographic view. When trying to rotate in left/front/top viewports, remember to switch to perspective first.
