App for admin lvl 9

Hi,

I would like to be lvl 9 on Unlimited.
I'm often connecting between 5pm and 9pm (for me, so for you it's 11am-3pm, or something like that ^^). I'm french and I live in france (its explains my really poor english xD), and i'm 22.

I think I deserve unlimited because I know rules, players (good and bad), what is it forbidden or not.

With lvl 9, I can use !cancelvote to stop stupid votekick without reasons (I just hate that...), and use !putteam to put back teamswitcher.

I'm not really talkative, often i prefer play than speak.
I was admin of old server few years ago, who's dead now, so I'm responsable and I know to not abuse with admin rights, and when use this right or not.

Why? because kiki is playing alot on unlimited and he's very responsible.

Weed did your app pass? If it did then you can vote if its still pending u TECHNICALLY arent ACRit yet so you cant vote just saying

Chris bug put the vote up like a day or two ago I'm pretty sure it hasn't passed yet

Should I create a new vote ?
Or no votes means I cant have lvl 9 ?

Just think about it this way, if we call a vote during a game and it's 0 - 0 or 3-3, then it fails. We apply the same principle here.
