New App for 20.

Hello people.
I'm gonna reapply for level 20, i hope this one passes.
I think i deserve it, because i`m a good admin, and a 2 year member, so i know what the rules are (really, i do). I already had 29, without any problems, but because of a silly misstep whit a layout i got demoted. I now readed the rules over and know them.
- Yesterday, there where deconners 3 times, and nub builders that build rc near human base, leaving complete base without power and then joining aliens.
I warned them couple times, but they kept going, and i couldn't revert or kick them, and the polls didn't pass either.. i think this is 1 of the reasons why i should get 20, i can !revert and !kick that way, and hope i can do something about the deconning.
- Sometimes a map is bored, but we already played for over 270 seconds. We cannot go to another map then. id like to get 20 so i get the !map cmd, and we can call a poll to go to an map.

I hope this where good reasons to convince you guys, and i hope it passes...

if your seeing the 270 seconds thing then you just connected to the server and i have known that some person would just connect to the server and do !map cause they didn't want to come in the middle of a game. its not hard to wait 4 and a half minutes. also you have !passvote so polls failing isn't much of a reason either.

After couple mins you cant call map poll.
Polls failing sometimes is, i dont like doing !passvote on kick polls...
But still, !kick is much easier...

you do know that votes don't have to be a poll right?

well i think u deserve another chance, uve been more active, and i cant see u abusing the same way u did b4
besides the map cmd ur logic is generally in the right direction ( ) so i vote yes

I got to admit, you did kinda change...for the best. You seem to be wanting to get your admin back despertly. And from past experiences, I have no idea how you feel. So I guess I'll vote yes.

Good reasons I Believe You with the rules thing same thing happened to me so i forgive you on that. But being demoted that much must mean you broke a lot of rules with warning so i would vote yes because everybody makes mistakes. Since you once were 29 i believe you are responsible. since I'm not {ACR} or {ACRit} i can't vote but if i could i would vote yes.

I only got demoted for 1 reason, but it made server crash on Atcs or somting so it is right to be demoted alot.
