!upg and !pg are dumb commands... goons can still pounce, people can shoot, a fail way to pause. In addition, !upg sets the speed to 300! not 320, the default! us pro players can feel a significant difference. So, lets either get rid of them (I'm for this one) or we can just adjust !upg to 320 speed.

On the plus side, we gain 2 more spots for stupid cp's!

I know not to use them, i just want them removed so that new admins have less to worry about.
