i am level 3 now

i deserve this because of the following reasons

!listplayers, !admintest, !help, !specme, !time, !info, !spec999, !allready, !listadmins, votekick immune, !putteam, !namelog, !nextmap, !designate, !showbans, !cancelvote, !passvote

i already have everything up to putteam

!namelog not sure when this will help much

!nextmap probably not gonna use because it would be mean to players who disagree to this

!designate i'll only use if somebody wants me to designate them

!showbans i wont need this because i don't have !ban or !adjustban

!cancelvote only if the vote is STUPID

!passvote only if the vote is passing by a lot and nobody is voting

i recently passed ACRit test and app. I have waited my 3 days and I was told to make app for this level. I will keep server clean.... and my uncommonly good looks

I give both of my votes to Yes because bygone is responsible. Bigone the commands you will use most are probably !cancelvote to cancel all the random kick votes and also !namelog because say if someone deconstruct you can give us there GUID and IP so we can ban them

yeah, and its nice to have a average level to learn the cmds and get that responsiblity boost before getting too high where real damage can be done. F1
