Kilos abuse.

I wud like to report about kilos kick abuse. He kicked a player who im seen before 2. hes not good , more like noob... then kilo kicked him from feeding lol.. u just cant tell noobs to play better or kick.. its like same than kicking pro from being 2 good lol if u dont count noobs servers

werent the consequences for kick / ban abuse bout lvl 5 admin? wut i readed from da-rules.
