Since {ACR}Doublehex's C coding expertise has revealed to the world a qvm in which the lucifer cannon speed can be modified, I have a few concrete ideas that could be incorporated in the second ACR server (which is our official scrim server but 95% of the time it's people playing around).
!slowluci - g_lucispeed is set to 0.
!fastluci - g_lucispeed is set to 10000.
!nrmlluci - g_lucispeed is set to 320 (normal speed).
!powerblaster - Blaster firing rate is set to 3x slower but damage is increased to 100hp or 150hp per shot.
!nrmlpowerblaster - Blaster firing rate and damage are set to default.
!slowblaster - g_blasterspeed is set to 0.
!fastblaster - g_blasterspeed is set to 10000.
!nrmlblaster - g_blasterspeed is set to normal speed.
The above are specifically intended to be used within devmap sessions.
