The second server -- a few suggestions

Since {ACR}Doublehex's C coding expertise has revealed to the world a qvm in which the lucifer cannon speed can be modified, I have a few concrete ideas that could be incorporated in the second ACR server (which is our official scrim server but 95% of the time it's people playing around).

!slowluci - g_lucispeed is set to 0.
!fastluci - g_lucispeed is set to 10000.
!nrmlluci - g_lucispeed is set to 320 (normal speed).

!powerblaster - Blaster firing rate is set to 3x slower but damage is increased to 100hp or 150hp per shot.
!nrmlpowerblaster - Blaster firing rate and damage are set to default.

!slowblaster - g_blasterspeed is set to 0.
!fastblaster - g_blasterspeed is set to 10000.
!nrmlblaster - g_blasterspeed is set to normal speed.


The above are specifically intended to be used within devmap sessions.

but for now double is working on a new project (thanks double) and the server is going to be needed to test it.

this sounds awesome.and what is the second server is it upb one or the acr one?
