unwarranted donkey ban

Subject: unwarranted donkey ban Mon Jun 01, 2009 12:19 am

me and goober were playing today on tremor along with donkey and {acr}shabbos passed a votekick on him without having any evidence of him botting. he said that there was a post on these forums about him but i checked and there isnt. this kind of behavior from admins is not right, ok? someone should either talk to shabbos about this or demote his admin level if this continues. bug please work this out. goober can attest to these facts. i have witnesses.

p.s i just read the rules and in this situation this rule applies:

I will list every abuse possible, and tell you the consequence(s) for each. This will be so you all know the rules.

THESE RULES APPLY ONLY TO ACR UNLMITED

1. Do not passvote ANY real votes, passvote is there to be funny on polls.
Consequense: Admin will be reduced 5 levels

4. Don't kick/ban if you don't have proof, and if you must kick call a vote (no passvoting). In addition no kicking {ACR}.

Consequence: Level 5 admin

i was playing with you on the server when this happened. i even talked to you about it and you lied to me about him being a known hacker and there being a post on the forums about him. no, im not out to get you, its just when an admin (any admin) passvotes a kick vote on a good player without any real evidence then i think that is a problem. bug has a reason for putting it in the rules. because he is wise and he knows about what happens when admins dont think clearly and abuse their powers.
