Mbaude's lvl 29 application

I would like a level 29 admin.

For ACR unlimited.

With this admin comes great responsibility, and I think I have that level of responsibility for this power. Many of you, if not al, know me. I do not abuse my admin powers, ever. I only have them to enforce the rules on our server. With this admin many commands will be available to me. For example, if a unlimited time vote appeared, and it passed, I would be able to do !tloff. I would not use the !bp's too much nor the devmap. I would only use all these commands for only our benefits. !Pause and !revert will be very useful when it comes to people decconing then leaving. I have recently failed for the second in command poll, so at least I would try to have this privilege.

I am going to vote yes because u are always on, u never abuse,u made a good app,and u should have lvl 29 because your 2nd in command app didn't pass

Also you can do all that stuff with lvl 27. If you couldn't my last admin app wouldn't be from February.

Basicly the admin lvl From 27 to 29 is the same but I think mbaud want more authority in his lvl because it looks cooler.

hey there, ya right now im 20. But for the poll i dont know why the poll didn't come up... So i just edited it and re-put a poll, it seems to have showed up this time.

If you're 20 right now, im going to vote no because that seems to me like a fairly big jump. Honestly I would like to see you attempting to pass {ACRit} test to become {ACR}, but I have yet to see anyone doing that.

I thought the max levels you could jump was 5?

i think thats a fairly large jump, try 25 in another week, take it slow like alpha did, i think his progression through the admin levels is a good example for other people. also, like lad said, i think you should go for full ACR (and goober too). it might not affect your admin responsibilities, but it would be a plus in my eyes for a big jump.

and no FF, there is no set limit to "level jumps" (as far as i know), we just sorta judge on our own

their is no max level jump, just some people made it an example to take small jumps. Those people got their admin levels faster than the people asking for large jumps constantly.

u've been getting high admin fast, and it's a big jump ( 9 ? ), so no, not that I don't think you can handle it or anything personal, it's kinda like floodlimit, except not so set in stone

i was going for 25, but then i looked at the other cmds that you get on the nexts levels, there is basicall NOTHING different, just the level. 27-29 is practically the SAME. My last admin attempt was a month ago. When have i EVER abused with the admins powers invested in me? Admin powers are given to those who can handle it, and if i've handle all my past admin rights without fault and with responsibility, whats holding you back for me to continue? I mean, as i said before, 27-29 are practically the same. So now that i've proven my point please take time to vote with this new information.

Oh and for the {ACR} test, there is never, never, 2 admins that can do it, nor 2 ACRit's at the same time.

I vote yes because i think he is a trusted player who does a good job keeping the games fair and plus he is on a lot.

mbaud ya there are never 2 ACR and 2 ACRit because you have to schedule it basically. Me and Alpha said something like be on Friday at 4:00. Also just because the cmds are almost the same doesn't mean you need to skip over them. Do you see me asking for 29 just for the title even though Ive been in longer then you?

Mbaud, can you explain what you mean by "level 27-29 are the same", because I was saying you should go for 25 and I don't see how 27-29 has to do with 25. I still haven't voted btw.

OK. Atlantis first. What is your definition of power in tremulous? Your rank and skill. I have a descent amount of skill, but my rank? Not as much, not saying that lvl 20 is bad or anything, it's just that after a while you start to see all the other members who have more admin power than you do. You become envious of there powers. I don't see why you didn't make an app for lvl 29, that's completely up to you.

Now Memory. Ok if you look at the admin.dat, and scroll down to levels 27-29, look at the commands that seperate them.... Those are commands you barely even use! The only difference is the rank. Do you see now?

But with all you guys that i respect saying i shouldn't have it, i think i might cancel it(if that's possible)



Oh i think i forgot to say something quite important, level 29 is the highest admin I want. If this app passes, it will be my last admin app. Except maybe if an event comes around where you can get +1, but that would be all.

I agree with lad. In my opinion, an ACRit shouldnt go above 20. Wait till u pass the scrim test b4 u go higher

Best way is to go back and edit everything out.

Also I don't give a {ACR} is cool over power and trem. I have accepted that there will be little pricks that wont shut up and are there just to annoy. The only people I care to be respect by are the people in this clan and if you want respect without power look at goody he had lvl 10 for close to a year and everyone liked him. Also if you are becoming envious of others powers you need to realize that you are basically a temp here. Temps have limited power over everyone ells in a corporation. And as in gaining admin powers you have had a lot of raises in the time you have been here and basically wait for a promotion for the next raise.

Lol memory had level 0 for about a year and a half.

Ok, you are not getting my point. You cannot, CANNOT, base your jugement of want you wanted or did not do. That is totaly not my problem. I dont know about you, but if you get the choice to get a higher admin power or not, i take it. You seem very self-centered based on your jugdement. Your basing an opinion on me from what you think you have felt or heard. And as I said, im canceling this app. So stop thinking that ,just because i making a risky big jump, you can make up a whole speech. Just do what alpha did. I respect what he did, and i hold no grudges against him. But you. You are going waaaay to far with this. I don't know what your problem is. Just don't take it out on me.
