| I have a another problem with my computer. When I try to connect to acr unlimited it stays at awaiting gamestate and takes 5-10 minutes to connect. I have to use an ethernet to connect. | |

Or your comp just needs a restart.. Thank you! I tested tremulous on another wifi connection and it worked. I probably need to turn off some devicesconnected to my wifi tp speed it up. | |

| Since you mentioned devices, my itouch has these little settings under wifi connections that say "bootP" "static" and is on "DHCP" by default. It also has a thing on the bottom for "http proxy" with options for auto and manual. does anyone know if these are in any way useful? Specifically, can they help me hack my neighbors' locked wifi connection | |

Nope, proxies are for hiding your ass if you want to do something anonymously on the Internet http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_server. If you're up for cracking wireless passwords, you'll need a computer with a wireless card that supports packet sniffing and a program like wirecrack-ng. Good luck ! | |

| Ok I downloaded a patch for my router and turned off my other computers and my itouch. It works fine now. | |
