He could use level 25

Reasons: Well I figure if he takes the time to make 2 forum topic about himself needing the cmd !tloff, I will make one for him.We all know vyrus is a responsible admin and he would never abuse. He could realy use !tloff and i think it would be helpfull for him to also have !pause and !revert. I people can call polls to demote people why can't we call polls to promote people. Vyrus has been around awhile and hasent made an app in forever. So lets help him out by giving him !tloff.

this could be how admin apps are made in the future. Where someone would nominate a fellow ACR member, and list reasons why. I think it would make it a lot less awkward, and it would be more fun too.

WHY?!?!?

1. He never asks for admin.
2. He never actually asked for it himself, it was basically nominated to him.
3. Been a member since early January. Applied to 17 in march and hasn't applied since.
