Facepalm... CONFIRMED but remake this app using this format.

Void (i was gonna vote no anyways).
if you want reasons, i would say this:
-never seen him before
-i would like to see other members vouch for his test (as in other members saying why he should be tested in the first place [this is something i think needs to be worked on, more than one person should sponsor people for testing/ACRit, 2Cs and maybe E>s excluded])
-didnt use the correct format, suggests he has low intelligence

and if this is a misinterpretation please say so lol.

I agree with mems void of his app mainly because of how he made his app. He could have at least tried and just a couple words really doesn't look like he cares all that much. Could have at least told him better about making an app if you guys were testing him. I'm almost surprised he didn't spell it [ARC] lol.

I want to point out that you cannot go by skill alone. What good is having a pro in ACR who cannot even socialize with his team members? WTF happened with Dracone?

Mbaude, we had a thing called "Thanksgiving" and my teachers love to give all their exams the week before...put those two together and I would be gone for about 2 weeks. Besides, I came on either Wednesday or Thursday, but I guess you wouldn't know...
