Blade's level 29 app

I am applying for level 29 for the unlimited server. (Linux: I am level 26)


The commands I will gain are of little use, but I am not applying just to gain commands.

!ulbp - Used in case someone leaves !nmbp on and to revert it after a !nmbp game.
!nmbp - I will call a poll and make sure a respectable majority (as opposed to 51%) approves before using. Could be usefull to limit overbuilding for 1 game.
!opendoors - Supposed to open doors on Uncreation. I dont know if it even works. If it does, I would call a poll before using it.
!warnall - I don't really see much of a use for this except for if people are hijacking the server or there is a mass riot or something.



The best reason for my application is this:
I am applying for level 29 in order to get level 998, 998's commands being the ones for which I have concrete reasons, without actually applying for it. I'm sure you would all rather see me apply for 29 and wait for a while instead of outright applying for 998 with a 4 level jump straight to the top.

My last level app was in November, so you can consider it a Christmas + Birthday gift for all you lazy/forgetful/uninformed people who didnt get me one! XD

I also would like to be able to (eventually) take care of deconners and stuff more effectively with !ban. The most harm I can do to a deconner is !kick them (if they havent disconnected already, which is likely) and report them to a 998 who, quite frankly, are sometimes hard to get to come online!
