Suggestion on HUd install

Please could some1 tell me step by step procedure of instaling the hud. [english is a second language to me so i find hard to follow everyhting perfect in read me's]

1. How to check compatibilty: i have downloaded the HUD : oticz_2.5.2zip
2. i extracted the: oticz_2.5.2zip and pasted in ~.tremulous/base folder
3. i did the manual's command on trem console: /exec ui/oticz_install.cfg .. [octicz_2.5.2 was renamed to oticz]

Even affter this trem console say could'nt exec. ???

Suggestion please.
