heheh, anyway if you see people who have the tendency of evading,
try getting someone high up through msn, or @ least get us the ip

Hey vyrus, about the !global command, I was told that if the banned person connected to the server, (by name I think, not IP) then he was given mute, denybuild and forcespec so it was like a !global Roy@killer, then he's stuck doing nothing and is annoyed out of the server.
