Elite scrimmers/scrim captains

Well after reading what evoker wrote about the pro clans having five really good players that work well together, I think that there should only be five elite scrimmers. Also I think that to be one you have to work well with the current ones and be really good instead of just being skilled. About scrim captains I think that ACR should only scrim when an elite scrimmer is present, and that the elites take the place of scrim captains. Last thing is that when ACR scrims a clan that is thought to be better than ACR only elites should be able to scrim.
