What are the requirements to be immune to votekicks?

well why exactly are noobs kicking you? and if you are being kicked by noobs that constantly, why not become a member?

oh, and for the future, read the rules for an outline of how you apply for admin (nonmembers can have as high as lvl 9 admin).
