i vote yes because he accused me of aimbotting and votekicked me several times but most importantly he gave me a chance, a chance at friendship and he let bygones be bygones. as many have pointed out, he doesn't speak english, but i don't think you have to know how to to be a good admin. i hope this is justification enough to give this man some good admin.

Uhh...It is justification enough, but, even though non-acr are allowed to apply for admin. They are not allowed to vote. Sorry.
