| The Scrim Captain Test:
Requirements:
Must Be A Scrimmer
Must have been in a winning scrim with ACR
Must have been a scrimmer for at least 3 months
The Test:
The test is not one of skill, but of leadership abilities.
The outcome will show whether the participant has the capability
to lead a scrim. This consists of knowing many scrim strategies, and
assigning people "jobs" in the scrim based on their ability. The scrim
captain must know all about the people he is scrimming with and must
know how to use the teams skill in the best way possible. It also couldn't
hurt to have information on the players in the opposing clan. Finally the scrim
captain must be able to take charge and to react quickly to the other teams
actions.
In order to apply to be scrim captain you must PM me a list of every active
{ACR}/{ACRit} member. Next to each of their names write there strengths AND
weaknesses in tremulous. (Yes this includes me). After that you must write now every
scrim strategy you know. This can be from flanking to baseraping and so on. I will then
narrow it down to 3 people (or less based on how many apply). Then, I will post each
persons application and the clan will take a vote.
Applications are due by December 15th.
