WeeD for lvl 9

I'd like to be a lvl
[Level 9]
Name = Friend of {ACR}
Commands = !listplayers, !admintest, !help, !specme, !time, !info, !spec999, !allready, !listadmins, votekick immune, !putteam, !namelog, !nextmap, !designate, !showbans, !cancelvote.

In the unlimited serv, because
1)when i'm online mostly there is no admin around for like 4-5 hours
i'm not blaming you guys for this , because we are all humans we cant wake at 6:00am just to play term.
anyway there are jets and BG and team switching around alot and i cant so anything about that and many players always say "teamswitching is not allowed! " but they cant do nothing and the rules are be enforced and that ruins the whole game sometimes.
2)Cancel stuiped kick votes , sometimes players like DarkZombieGolem-tx kick players without a reason or they kick them beacuse they are board,and thats maybe the worsed thing that happens and i think you know it .
3)Reporting - i will be able to report about all kinds of stuff from Deconing (and that happens alot ) to racism (and that happens even more ).
4) Responsibility i'm a very responsible player , and i promise to
*not abuse players.
*report every decon,glitch building and more every time i see it with a screenshot or a demo.
*prevent any of the thing i promised happen(1 2 3 and 4 )

finally i hope this App to pass because the following commands that i need to enforce the rules are

i agree with atlantis, he is a great teammate and i have seen first hand he is constantly having to tell people off i think he does a good job of it to i voted yes

i had a 4-5 with goody in human side ..
and then we agreed that he will retest me on the next day.

Like they say (even if firefox isn't allowed to vote ) Weed is responsible and active, and he took some time to make a decent well thought out app, which rarely happens. F!

i think that an admin should make him take the test the next time they see WeeD. I've played alot with him and he deserves to have at least lvl 9, i voted yes.

you were an admin and when you were on vacation you had no admin and you were on my time zone.
you know how it fills to see all of this "cheating" and play it sucks.
