Im going to need my Admin Back.

I need it back because of Hex's map (racer) he made a terrible mistake that fucked up everything. when u would join a server it would make your name Doublehex. i dont blame him, its his first map. but i only need it back because i tried fixing it by deleting a few things. i first tried deleting my Autogen( hex told me to) that didnt work so i restored it. i completley deleted my old trem to try and see if that worked. it didnt. so now hex told me i probably had a bad qvm and to delete my qkey. i did that to find out thats not the problem. i came to later figure out that the map was the problem. i deleted it and it worked. thanks to deleting my qkey i need my admin back on unlimited.

that map was not worth losing all my binds, losing all of my custom settings, and losing my name for.

ahh i delted map but my comp is still screwed

dude in my trem base folder isnt any crappy map called by racer ....

If anyone has an effective solution, please make another thread for it.

i completely deleted it. that's why i didn't restore it. otherwise i would of.

Nevermind. I have the new version of the map and everything's right again.

to delete it try enabling look in hidden files and folders for windows search. then just search for racer and it delete the program that has the name(or close to) Map-racer-1.0.0

i downloaded the new version to map too yesterday but when i connected to srever finaly i still connected as Doublehex and stuff was still fuckd up :/

go to your C:/program files/tremulous/base (assuming thats where you installed it) and delete map-racer-1.0.0.pk3 there then go to C:/documents and settings/(login name)/local settings/application data/tremulous/base and delete it there too and you should be fine

well all wud be fixed but that map isnt in tremulous base folder and yesterday kramed haxd to my comp and tried find it but lolz

i believe the term is remote access, also if you actually listen to double's post there are two base folder, but you need to enable the view of hidden files to see the other one.

when i said erase your qkey it was a suggesttion ive had no problems with the map at all =] everything is just fine
