App for admin lvl 14

Hi mates,

I app today to get lvl 14 on unlimited. I'm actually lvl 10.

I app mainly to get that command :
!denybuild : Everyday, there is battlegrangers during SD. When I'm alien, its not really a problem, i can /callteamvote denybuild and !passvote, but there is only 5 votes per person, but when I'm human, I cant do anything.

I think I deserve this because I'm often connected, and too many times to police people who don't read rules, and I confess I'm begging to be piss of all of these people.
That's why !denybuild get my job easier.
