Neo is really annoying. For some reason he has lvl 10 admin on admin crazy rioters. I find this unusual because he isn't on the scrim team. He just fools around, and keeps other people from using the server from training. Also when people are trying to play a serious game, he starts spamming stuff in cp, and constantly asking what team he can join.

I agree with you. Im seen neo before some times , and all times im played with him he was being a jerk. I really dont remember all what hes been doing but i remember some and its enough for me to say that he should lose hes admins.

Some things he has done include but are not limited to-

Saving layouts
Spamming CP messages
Constantly putting on devmap for no reason
When in devmap constantly using !godon and !godoff
Unmuting himself when muted by another member for spamming
Locking teams unnecessarily

There are many more things, there are many witnesses.

Okay, that smells like 'annoying crap' but then again, it all happened in the "Admin Crazy Rioters" server, in which people are allowed to abuse UNLESS you do something against BugHuman himself OR there is a scrim/testing going on. (Bug correct me if I'm wrong.)

The only offence which can really be fought over is the "[...]keeps other people from using the server from training" part. On that, I agree that from that a consequence could entail, unless the situation hasn't been explained properly to him (communication problem).

When Joe and I were having our scrim test, I think it was Neo that was spamming cp commands and asking which team he could join repeatedly.

Doesn't matter anymore. Bug took his admin because he made layouts.
