App for admin lvl 9

Hi guys,

I'm actually lvl 2 on unlimited, and I would like to get lvl 9.
I play on unlimited really often and for long time now.
Lots of acr members know me (I think), and more particularly Weed and Mbaud, with whom I speak often (Mbaud is a compatriot ^^).

I apply for these commands :
!putteam : Everyday there is a lot of teamswitcher, and not always an admin connected.
!namelog : To get the guid of deconers
!cancelvote : Often, there is votekick against good players, accused of cheats...

I'm 23 years old and I was admin on the server of my team few years ago.
So, I can deserve server, and im responsible.
