UNLIMITED ADMIN?

ok so we had this rly great game going on unlimited, everyone was having fun, and the teams were really balanced, so balanced in fact that even though after sd we were carving each others bases slowly, we reached 60 minutes...... I was the only admin on, this is at about 3-4 oclock am my time ( pacific LAX ).
everyone wanted to keep playing, and ppl were all like ' someone do tloff ! ' a friend of mine ( somulus ) was like vyrus, u have admin, turn off the tl.....but i couldnt.... because I am level 17.


well this seems simple right? easy answer, just go and apply for a higher level of admin so that next time you can turn of tl for ppl right?

well for some reason !tloff and !tlon are level 25.... wait level 25?!! why the hell are 2 commands like that so high up. you get !kick at level 20! why is it that you can kick people off the server but you cant extend a game?

I have not done an admin app since the very beginning of this year when i was still kinda new in the clan.
the reason? I dont really see y i need admin so much, I like rioters better... but this time of day noones on rioters and i go to unlimited, half to play, and half, because i like being able to moniter and make sure noones rulebreaking. Occasionally ill see someone decon or something but its not serious,... so i just ignore it and get slightly annoyed. now I am thinking that I would like to have the admin to enforce this stuff, but when i go look, the admin levels in my reach are hardly an improovement to the one i have now.

so my complaint is this:

WHY in gods good name ARE THE ADMIN LEVELS SO SCREWEY!?

In the time you spent making this rant you could have made an app and this issue would be over in a matter of hours. the admins are weird cuz bug probably has no need to change them because this problem isnt too common, and when it does happen people solve it by applying for admin and using this as a reason

The reason they are so high is that they require a responsible admin. These commands can easily piss players off whether you do !tloff without a vote or do !lton at 70 before the game is over. Nevertheless, responsibility is needed. That is why it is so high. On the other hand, if you kick someone that's easily undone. But, I can't remake that game.

Vyrus just take Somnus' hint and apply for admin ;D

I thought !tloff could be voted on and automatically set in the server? Sounds like an easy vote option to make. Could it be possible? The server already resets the time limit at the beginning of each game.

*sigh* I really didnt want to get higher admin.... I like the 1 i haz now XD

whatever, I was just pointing out that if I made an app right now, I wouldnt be getting any new commands that I feel like I need or want.....
which is why I've never applied be4 now. I'll think about it.

I really posted this as a way of saying why are some ( lesser ) commands above some other ( greater ) commands

somnus is not really a noob hes nice and loyal of what ive seen of him and every time some one gets on he greets them he is very nice to me.

EVERYONE go look at the admin applications

speaking of somnus, I really think he's a good recommendation for sponsorship, he's rly the only one on I can see who really deserves it ( remember I haven't been on a lot )

if i remember right some one set level him 3 but he got it took away like a week later but thats his past.

all of us, you just missed it, poor linux!!

I sponsored him for lvl3. I took it away after I aliased late at night. He pissed lots of ppl at night so as far as I'm concerned, he's quite fake around admins

I thought so too, until he thought their were no admins around. Then he wasn't quite such an ass kisser and more of an asshole to everyone.

I don't like ass kissers I feel like they invade my personal space.
