Scrimming Rules.

Ok so I'm a bit confused.... I was on Rioters and me and Roob scrimmed two {F} Players, we won. But then Pee comes on and sais that Scrimming isn't allowed without and E>. Im confused. So if that is true, no one can scrim unless and E> is online.... Wtf does that mean? We now have to wait till one of you E>'s arrive and then get your permission to do a scrim? No offense, but this is becoming a bit totalitarian... in a matter of speaking... But what he said may have been wrong, idk. So that is why I'm asking for the list of Scrimming rules, I couldn't find any here...

You don't need an E.

Excuse me but I do know my politics....

It would be totalitarian if you had no admin, no ranks, and couldn't wear the tag but you were still in the clan.

That is why I said ''in a matter of speaking'' or something like that.... What I mean was that If that were true, everything, everything would have to been done through you or an Elite. Albeit the admin apps are democratic. But you get the point...
