There's this guy named Mangia Merda (he's never aliased) who's keeps evading permabans and deconning on ACRu. So far whenever he connects i just keep putteaming him (I dont' have forcespec obviously) until he leaves but doing so is really annoying because a) I have to watch him constantly to make sure he doesn't join b) Many of the times he joins, the other players on the server don't know he's been banned already or that he's going to decon and so they don't kick him when i call a kickvote.

idk :\ i think he keeps changing his ip so i was wondering if anyone could do anything about it
