Mod Testing

Many of you have probably noticed that I have been talking a lot about modding ( i have the last 6 topics in this section lol ) . . . well I am finally getting some mods done, and I would like to see them out on the server. ( this will happen after I get the server's source from double )

What I propose is that if someone comes up with a mod ( not just me ) that we give it a week long span up on the server, and during that week players can test it, criticize it, love it ect, and we, the members, will evaluate the feedback of other people, and our own opinions, and vote on it. If it passes it stays, if it doesn't it goes.
