Over Testing on 2nd Server

Okay, so I have nothing against people testing, but ever since more {ACR}s use the 2nd server more often, there is constant testing there. Like, I actually want to play a game, but certain members just want to do E> test, and they aren't even ready. They try the test like every time I go on and they never even come close to winning, and it's the same thing repeated throughout every test. Even if there's a bunch of random people there, so a normal game of tremulous is about to take place, one member wants to do an E> test and everything is stopped without asking the people. And when it is voted on, there would be like 5 {ACR}s and 4 normal people, so they can't play on our server. And there's also the people who don't know what the test means, they vote F1, and 90% of the time they leave during the test.

Basically, what I'm asking for is some organization with the tests, and the MAJORITY of the people there to say it's okay have the test, like if theres 8 people there 2 of the 3 people who won't be in the test agree to the decision cause this constant testing is ridiculous.

I agree there should be less testing, but with minimal restrictions.

Blade you took an E> test yesterday. Anyhow, I have nothing against people wanting to rank up. I love failing kids and telling them what to work on. As anyone else would say this isn't our "public" server so it doesn't matter if there are constant tests.

Unlike the Scrim Test, the Elite Test should have defined partners, and after a time period of training where both members' skill levels and their scrim experience is very high, they may take the test. Otherwise NO.

Sounds like the second server really shouldn't be treated as the "non public server" because their have been issues with rules as well as the over testing. Basically I'm just saying the server shouldn't be treated as you can do whatever you want in general. If you're going to test, then everyone should vote on it, make sure everyone has acknowledged about it if their is going to be some test and teams locked or something. Just be fair to everyone and make it feel like a public server people can enjoy.

Currently, it *is* being officially treated as such. If you want to change the situation, feel free to put up a poll in the 2nd in Command section.
