ACRit admin limit

I propose that we limit ACRit admin levels to 20. It would add more privilege to the full scrim rank, and it slows down admin advancement, and hopefully helps get higher ups who have played longer, and have a better understanding of the rules.

I will set this poll for 7 days, but it is up to bug to recognize this poll's validity.

Denied. I will not tie in admin and skill together. They are completely separate.

Considering guys like Taco and even Goober, i would vote passed 20 for them because they've been around longer. (especially taco) The whole level 20 limit is kinda like for new guys, but it's not solidified. Just democracy.

well, how bout we associate the limit with time instead of skill bug, like say there's a set time limit b4 advancing a ceartain amount
