Should Kicking flamers be abuse?

For those of you who don't know what flaming is;
An online argument that becomes nasty or derisive, where insulting a party to the discussion takes precedence over the objective merits of one side or another.



So basically it is a person that starts arguments off of no information, and I think that it should not be abuse to !kick them.

Also trollers should be kicked because they only cause trouble because they think it's funny.

Then they spam all of the cmds.

I would use my best judgment and kick them if they keep spamming cmds. They aren't playing and are disrupting the game. How can it be considered abuse if thyre asking for it.

umm correct me if im wrong but flamers is the weapons on the humans team is it not? plus i believe kicking a flamer aka a human with a flame thower is wrong but i believe im thinking this is about flamers aka humans with flame throwers while i believe this is actually about people that spectate and argue with people about stuff. am i right?
